How I learn Cubicl?

Cubicl is a simple program to use. You can learn how to use Cubicl in detail in the user manual. Our team will reach you and assist you in this process. Apart from the user manual, you can check out our Youtube channel and our 101 and 201 presentations.

Do I have to add a credit card when starting a trial?

No. You don't add your credit card information to start a trial. You will not be charged any fees until you start subscription.

Are the changes I made in my trial account deleted when my paid account started?

No, you can continue using the application from where you left off. All changes you make will be saved. If you want to use it on a new account, you need to create an account again.

Is my personal data and information safe?

Yes. According to General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), we are protecting your personal data. Your data in the system is stored on our highly secure servers. Since our database is backed up daily, your information is not lost. You can also back-up if you wish.

It will be checked whether your Cubicl password is strong enough during registration, password renewal and password update processes. By using passwords that meet the strong password requirements, you make your account even more secure. You can also enable 2-Factor Authentication (2FA) from Account Settings.

Do I need to install the Cubicl to my computer?

No. Cubicl is cloud-based application. You just need to create an account on our website.

Do you have a mobile app?

Yes. You can access Cubicl from anywhere with Android and iPhone applications. You can download our mobile apps from app stores.

Can I give different permissions to team members?

Yes. Different permissions can be given to users for different pages in Cubicl. For example, in a project, employees may enter a task activity and add files, but they may not have the permission to edit the task. Project admins can have broad permission, including deleting the project. To get detailed information about permissions, visit the Permission Table.

Can you add our feature/ development requests to the application?

We collect your requests in a pool and give them priority. As a feature's priority increases, we begin to work on it. We regularly update our web and mobile applications and announce newly added features to you. If you submit your requests, we will update our development list.

How can I delete my account?

If you do not want to continue using Cubicl after your free trial ends, you do not need to take any action or delete your account. Your account will not be active unless you start a subscription from the Subscription and Payments tab on Organization page. If you still want to delete your account, you can contact us via support@cubicl.io.

There are 3 plans. Which plan should I choose?

We recommend that check the features in plans and choose which answers your needs.

How can I get support if I face a problem?

For all kinds of problems, you can send an e-mail to support@cubicl.io. Also, you can reach us from the Help menu in Cubicl.

How you charge?

We charge monthly per user. Your usage amount depends on the number of users. In this way, you only pay for the amount you use. In addition, you can benefit from a 10% discount on pre-paid purchases of 6 months, a 20% discount on 1-year pre-paid purchases, and a 30% discount on 2-year pre-paid purchases.

Payments can be done via bank/ credit card.
