Automation within Cubicl is designed to streamline task management and reduce manual intervention, ensuring greater efficiency and accuracy. Cubicl offers several automation features that significantly enhance user experience:

  • Recurring Tasks: Cubicl automatically generates new tasks at set intervals (daily, weekly, monthly) based on predefined recurrence rules, ensuring tasks are consistently tracked and completed on time.

  • Workflow Creation: Users can create workflows with multiple steps, where the first step becomes a subtask of the main task. As the main task is completed, the next step in the workflow is triggered, automating the entire process.

  • Email to Task: Incoming emails are automatically converted into tasks, saving time by directly adding important emails (e.g., client requests) to the task list with their content used as the task description.

  • Archiving: Completed tasks are automatically archived after one month of inactivity, keeping the task list organized while remaining accessible for future reference.

  • Task Dates: Cubicl automatically sets task start and end times based on standard working hours (e.g., 09:00 AM to 06:00 PM), ensuring proper time-blocking without manual input.

  • Gantt Chart Suggestions: If a team member's time-off is added, Cubicl automatically suggests task date adjustments on the Gantt chart to accommodate their absence.

These automation features significantly reduce the need for manual input and improve workflow efficiency. Cubicl handles routine tasks automatically, allowing teams to focus on more strategic and value-added activities.
