Reports

To analyze states of tasks.

"Reports" page in the project shows statistics about the project's tasks and members, and member-based reports. On this page, by selecting a time period, you can receive information about current tasks status, statistics by time, activities, workload, and so forth.

Report Filters

In reports, you can filter tasks based on their state, time interval, assignee, client, owner, and archive status.

Filter by archive status

Additionally, you can generate reports that include subprojects of that project. Reporting with subprojects provides a more comprehensive result.

Downloading Reports

Reports are downloaded in Excel format according to the selected filter.

The downloaded file contains pages like: By Date, By Employees, By Clients, By Tags, Time Tracking, Statistics.

Depending on the content of the page, the downloaded file includes the task state (pending, completed, etc.), task name, project name, task creation date, task start date, task deadline, task completion date, task assignees, tags, clients, additional fields added to the task form, estimated time, task type (completed in time, completed late, overdue etc.), total recorded duration for the task, statistics for current task state and task activities by members.

Tasks

You can report tasks by their members, status, tags or clients for a selected time period.

  • Task Reports by Status: Tasks are listed according to their status, such as completed, completed late, completed on time, to-do, and canceled/suspended.

  • Task Reports by Members: Tasks are listed based on project members. For each member, the report shows the number of incomplete, overdue, completed on time, upcoming, canceled/suspended, and total tasks.

  • Task Reports by Customers: If clients are assigned to tasks, tasks are listed based on those clients. For each client, the report shows the number of incomplete, overdue, completed on time, upcoming, canceled/suspended, and total tasks.

  • Task Reports by Tags: Tasks are listed based on the tags saved in the project and assigned to tasks. Untagged tasks are also included in this report.

Time Tracking

You can see users spend how much time on each task or tags attached to the tasks in the time period you select.

Time Tracking

Time Spent On Task States

Tasks are shown according to the filters above. For example, if the task archive status is selected as all, both unarchived and archived tasks will be included in the report. Tasks created before the due date selected in the filter will be included in this report.

Filter

This section displays the time spent in each state of tasks until the state is changed, for tasks created within the selected time frame. For example, the duration between when a task is in the "Pending" stage and when it is moved to the "Active" stage represents the time it remained in the "Pending" stage. Durations in the stages are calculated based on the working days and hours of the project.

Reporting can be obtained based on Tasks and Assignees.

Statistics

Statistics is for getting a general picture about the tasks in the project.

Current Task Status

View the up-to-date status of tasks in your project.

Default View: Reflects the overall project status across all time periods. Shows the number of tasks in each state. If the include subprojects filter is applied, tasks in subprojects with the same state name are also counted.

By Project: More meaningful when the include subprojects filter is applied. Displays task counts for all states across each subproject.

By State Type: Shows the number of tasks by state types (pending, active, completed, suspended, canceled). If the include subprojects filter is applied, tasks in subprojects are included as well.

Statistics by Time

In this chart, you can see the activities related to the tasks in the time period you selected.

Task Activities by Members

You can use this chart to see statistics on a per-user basis. You can choose a time period.

Workload by Days

The workload table shows the number of tasks assigned to users in a day, week, and month view.

In daily view, each cell represents a day of the week. When you hover with the mouse over a cell, the number of tasks for that day appears. The day and month of each column are shown on the table, and the date is shown when you hover the mouse over it. Gaps between cells mean it's the end of the week and the beginning of the next week.

Workload

On the table, you can see 1 week before and 4 weeks after the date you selected above. Cells are colored blue from the start date of the task to the end date; and, the color of cells gets darker as the workload increases.
